New Delhi, March 21 -- Indian IT major Wipro on Friday launched an artificial intelligence-led data centre solution aimed at helping enterprises move beyond pilot projects and deploy AI at scale, as demand for production-ready infrastructure gathers pace.

The IT services firm said its Wipro AI-Data Center (AI-DC) solution offers a standardised and secure technology stack to support large-scale AI workloads, while modernising legacy infrastructure and improving customer experience operations.

The platform integrates Nvidia's AI Enterprise software with Wipro's Intelligence platform, enabling enterprises to deploy AI across business functions in live production environments.

Wipro said many organisations continue to struggle with scaling AI initiatives beyond proof-of-concept (PoC) stages, citing infrastructure limitations, data challenges, and governance requirements. The new offering seeks to address these gaps by combining AI orchestration, security, and data centre modernisation capabilities into a unified stack.

As part of the launch, the company also introduced an AI-powered contact centre agent assist solution built on Nvidia's NeMo platform and GPU-accelerated inference. The tool provides real-time transcription, summarisation, knowledge assistance, and sentiment analysis to support customer service agents, while adhering to compliance standards.

Wipro said its Partner Labs-part of the Wipro Innovation Network-will support enterprises in co-developing and deploying AI use cases at scale, spanning core data centres and edge environments.

The AI-DC solution will be available globally across industries including telecom, banking, retail, and healthcare, the company said, as it looks to strengthen its position in AI-led infrastructure and data centre transformation services
