New Delhi, May 18 -- Digital transformation services firm VDart Digital has appointed Rajesh Dubey as Vice President and Practice Leader for Enterprise Application Services, as the company sharpens its focus on enterprise modernisation and AI-driven transformation initiatives.
Dubey joins the company with over 25 years of experience in enterprise-scale digital transformation, ERP modernisation, cloud migrations, and global delivery operations. His appointment comes at a time when enterprises are accelerating investments in modernising core technology platforms and integrating AI into business systems.
In his new role, Dubey will head VDart Digital's Enterprise Application Services portfolio spanning Oracle, SAP, Salesforce and other enterprise platforms. He will also oversee strategy, innovation, delivery operations, customer growth, AI-led modernisation initiatives and technology partnerships globally.
The appointment forms part of VDart Digital's broader expansion strategy as it seeks to strengthen its enterprise transformation capabilities and scale its application services business.

Before joining VDart Digital, Dubey served as Practice Delivery Head - Enterprise Application Services at Wipro, where he led large enterprise application portfolios and globally distributed delivery teams. Earlier, he held senior leadership roles at Infosys, including Practice Manager for Oracle Services and Integrated Account Delivery Director, overseeing large ERP transformation and cloud modernisation programs.
Dubey said he plans to expand the company's enterprise applications practice by combining cloud modernisation, AI capabilities and delivery expertise to create greater value for enterprise customers.
