New Delhi, Oct. 30 -- Persistent Systems has opened its new Experience Transformation (XT) Studio in Pune, India, aimed at helping enterprises design and deliver AI-enabled user experiences and improve product development processes.

The XT Studio is designed to help organizations integrate artificial intelligence into their user experience strategies from the start of the development cycle. Many enterprises struggle to connect advanced AI tools with practical user needs, often resulting in delays and fragmented solutions. Persistent's new facility seeks to address this challenge by combining human-centered design with AI and data-driven insights, the company said.

The studio brings together business strategy, UX consulting, and engineering expertise in one environment. It enables enterprises to design with AI while aligning business goals with user expectations. This approach aims to reduce rework, improve user engagement, and accelerate innovation.

The XT Studio also functions as a co-innovation hub, allowing clients and partners to collaborate on developing and testing new digital experiences. The space includes areas for design thinking workshops, user experience consulting, and live demonstrations of AI-based solutions tailored to different industries.

According to Persistent, the XT Studio is part of its broader plan to expand similar facilities in other regions, including the United States, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.

Sandeep Kalra, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director, Persistent, said, "The XT Studio brings to life our strong platform-led foundation and AI-first strategy, where design-led thinking, advanced technologies and deep domain expertise converge. It gives our clients a place to challenge conventions, explore new ideas and rapidly shape solutions that matter to their business and end customers."
