
New Delhi, Aug. 25 -- NLB Services, a U.S.-based technology and digital talent solutions provider with a strong presence in India, on Monday announced its foray into the Global Capability Centre (GCC) segment, aiming for $200 million in revenue within five years.
The company, which leverages AI and machine learning across its operations, also announced the appointment of Abhilash Raghavan as Chief Business Officer (CBO) of its GCC vertical. Raghavan will spearhead global business strategy and growth across key markets in India, North America, Asia, the UK, and Europe.
Through the India GCC, the company aims to offer a range of services, including IT support, security services, and assistance with navigating legal and regulatory compliance for clients entering the domestic market.
"With the GCC landscape at an inflection point, enterprises are increasingly seeking to unlock greater value through innovation, agility, and digital transformation. This shift plays directly to our strengths - a global presence, trusted client relationships, and deep expertise in technology and workforce solutions, thereby giving us a distinct edge in meeting the market needs," NLB Services CEO Sachin Alug said in a statement.

Raghavan, with over 25 years of experience, including a role as CFO at IT services provider ANSR, where he helped establish over 30 GCCs, shared his excitement about joining NLB Services.
