New Delhi, May 11 -- Nagarro and Addverb Technologies have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to jointly build and deploy robotic automation solutions and digital twins for warehouse and industrial customers worldwide.

The agreement combines Nagarro's software engineering and digital integration capabilities with Addverb's robotics hardware and automation systems. Together, the companies plan to develop joint solutions, co-create intellectual property, and set up robotic experience centres and makerspaces aimed at accelerating product development and testing.

Under the partnership structure, Nagarro will handle software integration, digital platforms, and solution design, while Addverb takes responsibility for hardware deployment, automation systems, and post-deployment lifecycle support. The two companies will also pursue joint go-to-market efforts across warehousing, manufacturing, and supply chain operations.

The collaboration targets a segment where demand for integrated automation is growing. Enterprises in logistics and manufacturing are under pressure to reduce operational costs and improve throughput, creating demand for unified systems that span both software control layers and physical robotics infrastructure.

Sangeet Kumar, CEO and Co-founder, Addverb, said, "At Addverb, we are deliberately expanding our approach, from delivering best-in-class hardware to engineering intelligent, end-to-end solutions. This collaboration with Nagarro strengthens that direction, allowing us to co-create systems that are agile, scalable, and designed for the next generation of supply chains."

Manas Human, Co-founder and CEO, Nagarro, said, "Nagarro's Fluidic Intelligence addresses software, hardware, organizational dynamics, and physical operations for enterprise transformation. Partnering with Addverb robotics, we can deliver transformational systems end-to-end, which translates directly into faster execution, better optimization, and more predictable outcomes."
