New Delhi, Dec. 16 -- Coforge has announced the launch of Data Cosmos, a cloud-native data and analytics platform built with AI capabilities. The platform is aimed at large enterprises dealing with fragmented data systems and growing complexity in analytics, governance, and AI adoption.
Data Cosmos is designed to act as a foundational data layer for organizations modernizing their data infrastructure. It brings together data engineering, analytics, and AI workflows into a single framework that can run across cloud and hybrid environments. The platform addresses common enterprise challenges, including migrating from legacy systems, managing data quality and governance, reducing manual data operations, and enabling self-service analytics.
The platform is structured around five technology portfolios that cover different stages of the data lifecycle. These include tools for legacy modernization and cloud migration, data governance and metadata management, cloud-native data platform development, automated DataOps and MLOps, and support for generative AI use cases. Together, these components are intended to help enterprises build and operate data systems that support advanced analytics and AI models at scale.
Coforge has also introduced a Data Cosmos Toolkit, which includes more than 55 reusable components and over 38 AI agents. These are intended to reduce implementation time by automating common data engineering and operational tasks. The toolkit is powered by a shared engine that supports orchestration, monitoring, and lifecycle management across data and AI workloads.
In addition, Data Cosmos supports industry-focused solutions called Galaxy solutions. These combine industry-specific data models with the platform's core capabilities to address sector-level requirements. Coforge is currently offering these solutions across banking and financial services, insurance, travel and transportation, healthcare, public sector, and retail.
