New Delhi, Aug. 12 -- India-based Botree Software has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Spoors, a mobile-first workflow automation platform also headquartered in India. The deal will combine Botree's sales and distribution technology with Spoors' workflow automation capabilities, creating a single platform for managing processes from primary sales through last-mile service. The combined offering aims to give businesses greater operational visibility and streamlined workflows.

For customers, the companies say the merger will lead to shorter development cycles, a more consistent platform experience, and expanded use cases. The combined resources will also enhance support and implementation capabilities.

The acquisition will also support Botree's geographic growth into the Middle East, Africa, and Southeast Asia. The company plans to leverage the joint platform to meet diverse regulatory and operational requirements in these markets.

By integrating workflow automation with sales and distribution systems, Botree aims to strengthen its position in the field execution technology segment and address the increasing demand for real-time data, intelligent automation, and cross-functional coordination.

"Together with Spoors, we are building a future-ready solution that addresses every field interaction-from the salesman to the service technician-with intelligence, speed, and flexibility," said Amit Sanyal, CEO (Designate), Botree Software.

"Spoors has always focused on enabling enterprise agility at scale," said Ram Chiniarlapalla, CEO, Spoors. "Joining forces with Botree Software gives us the reach, resources, and aligned vision to scale faster, innovate deeper, and deliver greater value to our customers globally."
