Sri Lanka, Aug. 3 -- After a gritty second-half performance, Trinity College secured a hard-fought 23 points (one goal, two tries, one penalty and one drop goal) to 21 points (three goals) win over the formidable Wesley College, clinching the Dialog Schools Rugby League Championship for the first time in 38 years.
The Cup Segment match, played at the Pallekele Stadium in Kandy yesterday, saw Trinity come from behind after trailing 5-7 at the breather.
