Sri Lanka, Aug. 24 -- US Soybean Export Council (USSEC) is impressed with Sri Lanka and South Asia's rapidly growing market for US soy bean meal which has been accepted for its quality and sustainability in the region and the world over, said USSEC Chief Executive Officer Jim Sutter.

At the media roundtable on the first day of the USSEC 'Soy Summit ' in Washington DC, he said that he is touched by the sophisticated and quality poultry products and the way they are marketed in Sri Lanka along with the traditional marketing methods.

"The use of the 'Fed with Sustainable US Soybean' logo on Sri Lankan poultry products has helped position the products high among customers for their quality and sustainability," Sutter said.
