Srilanka, Oct. 5 -- The Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment (SLBFE) has resumed registrations of Sri Lankan workers seeking renovation and construction roles in Israel, reversing a prior suspension.

Eligible male applicants aged between 25 and 45 may apply for roles such as plastering, ceramic tiling, and general renovation work via the SLBFE website under the renewed registration scheme. Prior experience in the specific trade is mandatory. Those who secure placement will enter into contracts spanning five and a half years and receive a basic monthly allowance of USD 1,520, with additional overtime pay.
