Sri Lanka, Sept. 20 -- The Supreme Court's confidential determination on the proposed 22nd Amendment to the Constitution will be presented to Parliament by Speaker Dr. Jagath Wickramaratne on Tuesday (22).

The Speaker is expected to receive the confidential determination tomorrow ahead of its presentation to Parliament. Meanwhile, a Party Leaders' meeting will be held at 9 a.m. tomorrow to discuss Parliamentary business for the coming week. The meeting will be chaired by Speaker Dr. Jagath Wickramaratne.

Parliament has already allocated time on September 24 and 25 for the Second Reading debate on the 22nd Amendment to the Constitution Bill and the Judicature (Amendment) Bill. The debate is subject to the Speaker making an announcement ...
