Srilanka, June 28 -- Marking 273 years of the Siam Nikaya Upasampada tradition, 56 bhikkhus and pilgrims from Thailand, Laos, and Myanmar began a sacred walk this week from the Gokanna Rajamaha Vihara, Trincomalee, to Kandy. The pilgrimage continued yesterday from Kurunegala to the Ridigama Rajamaha Vihara, carrying a shared message of devotion, discipline and unity.
