Sri Lanka, July 19 -- The No-Confidence Motion (NCM) moved by the Opposition Members of Parliament against Justice Minister Harshana Nanayakkara will be handed over to the Speaker next week, General Secretary of the Samagi Jana Balawegaya, SJB MP Ranjith Madduma Bandara told the Sunday Observer.

MP Bandara said the Justice Minister should be held responsible for the recent tragedy at the Negombo Prison due to his failure to appoint a Commissioner General of Prisons and delay in issuing instructions to prevent a second wave of clashes in the prison premises following the first incident on the previous day.
