SriLanka, Sept. 13 -- The Attorney General has instructed the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) to name Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) MP Namal Rajapaksa as suspect in the case before the Colombo Fort Magistrate's Court involving former SriLankan Airlines Chief Executive Officer Kapila Chandrasena and his wife over an alleged bribery incident linked to the purchase of aircraft for SriLankan Airlines. The instructions were issued after investigations reportedly uncovered information indicating that the alleged bribe received by Chandrasena had been handed over to Rajapaksa.
