Srilanka, Feb. 15 -- Regional Director for Asia and the Pacific of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), Tao Ma said that he is ready to provide the support needed to develop the civil aviation sector in Sri Lanka.

He was speaking at a meeting with stakeholders in the civil aviation sector of Sri Lanka at the Civil Aviation Authority of Sri Lanka premises in Katunayake on Friday.

Regional Director Tao Ma said new jobs are being created in the aviation sector, and a large workforce is needed to meet global needs. He said that a great opportunity has been provided to youth with practical and theoretical knowledge to meet the global need for those jobs.
