Srilanka, Oct. 5 -- Foreign and local visitors have been thronging the Horton Plains National Park to enjoy the breathtaking sight of the rare Nelu flowers, which bloom once every 12 years. Covering the plains in a stunning carpet of white, pink, and purple, the flowers have been in full bloom since late last month, attracting nature enthusiasts and tourists eager to witness this once-in-a-decade natural wonder.
