Sri Lanka, Aug. 24 -- The Ministry of Health has called for applications to recruit 1,408 doctors who have completed their internship by October 29, 2024 as preliminary grade medical officers. Deputy Director General (Medical Services) II, Dr. H. M. Arjuna Thilakarathna, said in a statement that doctors who are eligible must submit their applications through the Human Resource Management and Information System (HRMIS) of the Ministry of Health. The deadline for online applications is tomorrow, August 25,, and the Ministry called on applicants to ensure their submissions are completed before the closing date.
