Sri Lanka, Nov. 16 -- Making good use of resources of the land is the onus of the authorities in power. However, many buildings and commercial complexes in the country are left to gather moss and corrosion without any use. This landmark building at the top of Malwatte Road in Pettah is a classic example of waste of public funds and national resources.
