Sri Lanka, Dec. 14 -- As examinations are necessary evils, three-wheelers too are the same when it comes to an emergency. It has its fun and adventure but it also has been a significant contributor to road congestion and accidents due to drivers' impatience, lack of care and also indiscipline which make it all the more important to regulate its operations.
