India, June 5 -- Mysuru, June 5 - City's 5th Additional District and Sessions Court has sentenced a man and his accomplice to life imprisonment after they were found guilty of murdering a woman.
Those convicted are Chikkanna (husband of the deceased woman Roopa), a resident of Ramakrishnanagar in Mysuru and his accomplice Bharath.
Details: Chikkanna had married Roopa 16 years ago. He had developed illicit relationship with one Dhanalakshmi at his place of business.
Roopa, who came to know about her husband's extra-marital affair, objected to it. The elders in the family too had advised Chikkanna to mend his ways.
