Obtaining E-Khatha a strenuous exercise

The suggestions put forth by Jayaprakash Rao for consideration by the Mysuru City Corporation (MCC) regarding E-Khatha / Aasthi vis-a-vis property tax collection (SOM dated May 12) appear useful only in theory.
In this context, I wish to point out that obtaining an E-Khatha / Aasthi itself has become a herculean task. I would like to narrate my bitter experience with the process.
As per the prescribed procedure, all relevant documents related to one's property have to be submitted online, either personally or through a KarnatakaOne Centre.
