Mysuru woman dies inhaling gas geyser fumes in Kodagu homestay
India, June 8 -- A 27-year-old woman from Mysuru died after inhaling toxic fumes from a gas geyser while bathing at a homestay in Kodagu district yesterday.
The deceased has been identified as Vinutha, daughter of S. Jagannath and Renuka, residents of Siddarthanagar near Yeraganahalli, Mysuru.
According to the Police, Vinutha, who was employed with a private healthcare company and working from home, had travelled to Kodagu with a group of friends after taking two days' leave from work.
The group was staying at an estate homestay in Kalkandur village of Somwarpet taluk.
