India, Oct. 25 -- Mysuru, Oct. 25 - Sri Male Mahadeshwaraswamy Jatra Mahotsava, Mahakumbhabhisheka and Halaravi Utsava of Sri Male Mahadeshwaraswamy Temple located in Garadikeri in the heart of the city will be held from Oct. 27 to Nov. 11

Announcing this at a press meet at Pathrakarthara Bhavan here yesterday, Temple Trust General Secretary Suresh Babu said that the event will begin with the installation of Kalasa in the temple at 6 am on Oct. 27, followed by other rituals starting at 7.30 am. The Deepotsava will take place in the temple premises at 6.30 pm. There will be Bhajans and cultural programmes everyday from Oct. 27 to 30 at 7 pm.
