Mysuru, Sept. 1 -- Mysuru City Corporation (MCC) officers, staff and Pourakarmikas conducted cleanliness campaign, along with local vehicle drivers, near Ashwath Katte of Doddammathayi Chatra, at N.R. Mohalla in Ward No. 26 here yesterday.

The waste dumped near Ashwath Katte, including used water bottles, steel bottles and other types of wet and dry wastes, were segregated on the spot and disposed.

Zonal Commissioner Somashekar launched the campaign, while Environment Engineer Naveen, Health Inspector Rajeshwari, vehicle driver Krishnamurthy and others were present.
