Mysore/Mysuru, Feb. 14 -- More than 300 cycling enthusiasts, including school children and elders, took part in the Cycle Jatha organised by Mysuru City Corporation (MCC) as part of the ongoing 'Swachh Bharat Abhiyan' in Mysuru this morning.

The Jatha was flagged-off by MCC Commissioner Shaikh Tanveer Asif and Department of Youth Empowerment and Sports (DYES) Assistant Director Bhaskar Naik in front of Kote Anjaneyaswamy Temple at Mysore Palace North Gate. The cyclists, gathered with cycling gears, gathered in front of temple as early as 6 am.

The 14-km Cycle Jatha passed through K.R. Circle, D. Devaraja Urs Road, JLB Road, City Railway Station, Irwin Road, Sir M. Visvesvaraya Circle, Maulana Abul Kalam Azad Circle, Nelson Mandela Road,...
