Nanjangud, June 11 -- Alleged harassment from officers

A contract employee, alleging harassment from the factory officers, ended his life by hanging self in the factory premises in the industrial area of the town here yesterday.The deceased Kumaraswamy (44), a resident of Kappasoge village, was said to be working as a contract employee at the factory since 23 years.Kumaraswamy left for work as usual yesterday morning and was reportedly found hanging in the factory lab at about 3 pm. His colleagues, who saw him hanging, informed the higher officials, who in turn informed Nanjangud Town Police.During inspection, the Police found a death note mentioning the names of three officers who were harassing him and urged for action against them.Mea...
