Bengaluru, April 7 -- The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has filed a petition in the Karnataka High Court (HC) challenging the acceptance of the 'B Report' submitted by the Mysuru Lokayukta Police in the Mysuru Urban Development Authority (MUDA) case involving Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, his wife B.M. Parvathi, brother-in-law B.M. Mallikarjunaswamy and others.
The petition questions the order of the Special Court for People's Representatives in Bengaluru, which had accepted the Lokayukta Police report.
The case relates to alleged irregularities in the allotment of MUDA sites. A private complainant, Snehamayi Krishna, had earlier challenged the acceptance of the 'B Report', following which notices were issued to the respondents.
