Mysuru, June 26 -- International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking

As part of International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking, City Police took out an awareness rally on the ill effects of drugs this morning.

The awareness rally was flagged off in front of Kote Anjaneyaswamy Temple near the North Gate of Mysore Palace by Kannada actor Vinay Rajkumar.

In his address, he said that drugs pose danger to everyone especially youths, who are getting addicted to it.

He called upon everyone to stay away from drugs to lead a healthy life besides urging public to inform the Police if they come across anyone selling or consuming drugs.
