A candidate appearing for the Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) Level-1 examination at an examination centre in Hebbal allegedly attempted to use a scribe by posing as a physically handicapped person and producing a doubtful medical certificate.
Based on a complaint by S. Vishnu of Ion Digital, Hebbal, an FIR has been filed at Hebbal Police Station against Vikas Meena, a resident of Dausa in Rajasthan; Sumit Kumar Singh, a resident of Pipra, Saran, Bihar; and Vijay Meena, a resident of Jaipur, Rajasthan. The Police have arrested the accused and further investigation is on.
