Mysuru, Sept. 11 -- Senior BJP leader and former Chief Minister B.S. Yediyurappa (BSY) inaugurated JSS 'Hiriyara Mane' (Elders' Home)and Shiva Temple built by JSS Mahavidyapeetha at Vasu Layout in Ramakrishnanagar here on Sept. 9.

Speaking on the occasion, Yediyurappa said Suttur Mutt was like a big banyan tree, providing shelter and various services to thousands of people.

Observing that the Mutt has been rendering a slew of services which the Government should have done, he said that the Mutt has made a mark for itself in key sectors such as education and health.
