Mysore/Mysuru, April 6 -- Raids include unauthorised LPG filling units in Mysuru: Food Joint Director

The Department of Food and Civil Supplies has seized a total of 48 LPG cylinders during anti-hoarding drives conducted at various locations across Mysuru district, said Joint Director of the Department Manteswamy.

Speaking to Star of Mysore this morning, he said the Department has been closely monitoring illegal hoarding of LPG cylinders and unauthorised LPG filling units.

"We have been keeping an eye on those involved in hoarding LPG cylinders and running illegal LPG filling units. Several raids have been conducted in the district during which illegally stored LPG cylinders were seized and complaints lodged against those involved," he...
