Mysuru, Sept. 11 -- Former Corporator and former Opposition Leader in the Mysuru City Corporation K.C. Shoukath Pasha has appealed to voters not to panic if they receive notices issued by the State Election Commission as part of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) exercise.
In a press statement, Shoukath Pasha advised voters who receive such notices to appear before the Electoral Registration Officer (ERO) on the date and at the time mentioned in the notice, along with the required documents, and clarify the matter.
He said voters who are currently away from Mysuru or residing abroad need not worry, as their relatives can appear before the ERO with relevant documents and resolve the issue.
