The arrival of ten U.S.-donated TH-57 Sea Ranger helicopters and the recent arrival of the former US Coast Guard cutter vessel in Sri Lanka marks another significant milestone in the Government's ongoing efforts to strengthen national security, modernize defence capabilities and deepen international partnerships in support of regional stability.
