Colombo, Sri Lanka, Sept. 1 -- Ministry of Defence and Urban Development issued the following news release:
An Indian National Defence College (NDC) delegation, led by Major General Pawanpal Singh paid a visit to the Ministry of Defence in Sri Jayawardenepura, Kotte, today (Sep 01).
During the visit, the delegation comprising senior foreign military officers on a study tour to Sri Lanka, met with the Defence Secretary, Air Vice Marshal Sampath Thuyacontha (Retd). The Defence Secretary extended a warm welcome to the visiting delegation and engaged in a cordial discussion on matters of mutual interest.
