Colombo, Sri Lanka, Sept. 5 -- Sri Lanka Air Force issued the following news release:
The Commander of the Sri Lanka Air Force, Air Marshal Bandu Edirisinghe, conducted the Commander's Inspection of SLAF Station Palavi on 05 September 2026. Upon his arrival, the Commanding Officer of the Station, Group Captain Ananda Kumarasiri, formally welcomed the Commander and accorded him a ceremonial street line.
During the Commander's speech, the Commander awarded Certificates of Commendation to the following personnel in recognition of their exceptional contributions to the Station and the Air Force:
