New Delhi, Aug. 24 -- In seeking to discern Sri Lanka's behaviour through classical International Relations theory, it is noted that post-2009 Sri Lanka's foreign policy posture has been palpably fluid, with successive political administrations moving away from the time-tested non-alignment and having adopted varying strategies - balancing, bandwagoning, neutrality and hedging, particularly in dealing with the major power rivalry in the region.
