India, Aug. 19 -- Uttar Pradesh has stricken a strategic partnership with Asian economic powerhouse Japan. The partnership is gaining new momentum, with Uttar Pradesh emerging as an important destination for Japanese investment and long-term industrial cooperation.

Addressing the UP-Japan Investment Meet 2026 at Taj Palace, New Delhi, Uttar Pradesh Finance and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Shri Suresh Khanna said that under the guidance of Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and the leadership of Hon'ble Chief Minister Shri Yogi Adityanath, strong law and order, world-class infrastructure and investment-friendly policies have positioned Uttar Pradesh among the country's most promising investment destinations.
