UAE firms face June 30 deadline to meet Emiratisation goals
Abu Dhabi, June 22 -- The UAE's Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) has reiterated that private sector companies employing 50 or more workers must meet their Emiratisation targets for the first half of 2026 by June 30.
In a statement issued on Monday, June 22, the ministry urged eligible firms to take the necessary steps to comply with the requirements before the deadline.
MoHRE encouraged companies to use the Nafis platform, which connects employers with Emirati job seekers and supports efforts to increase the participation of UAE nationals in the private sector.
