Hyderabad, April 14 --  At least five more students died by suicide in Telangana between Monday and Tuesday, April 13 and 14, following the declaration of intermediate examination results, taking the total number of such deaths to 12 in three days. The students were aged between 17 and 18, and most deaths were linked to failure in one or more subjects.

Two of the deaths were reported from Sangareddy on Monday. The deceased were identified as Ramesh, 17, a resident of NG Hankar village in Manoor mandal, and Nandini, 17. Police told Siasat.com no cases had been registered in either incident.
