Hyderabad, Oct. 30 -- A 25-year-old man died by suicide over alleged mistreatment at the Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS) after being bitten by a scorpion on Thursday, October 29.

The deceased, Rahul, was working in Pune and had come home for Dasara. He was bitten by the scorpion on Thursday, after which he rushed to the hospital for treatment. However, his family alleged that the hospital was in poor condition and the staff, including doctors and nurses, did not attend to Rahul.
