SC leaves HYDRAA Bathukamma Kunta row to Telangana High Court
Hyderabad, July 18 -- The Supreme Court has directed the Telangana High Court to decide whether the newly constructed gate, fencing, and retaining wall at Bathukamma Kunta in Hyderabad should remain in place, after HYDRAA Commissioner AV Ranganath defended their continuation despite an earlier High Court order directing their removal.
The direction came during the hearing of an appeal filed by Ranganath challenging the Telangana High Court's March 17 order, which had directed the removal of the structures within four weeks.
