Hyderabad, Sept. 22 -- Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) has demanded Rs 25 lakh each as ex gratia for the families of three babies who perished in the fire accident at the Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS) hospital in Adilabad on Tuesday, September 22.

In a condolence statement, the pink party accused the Revanth Reddy-led state government of being responsible for the tragedy, stating that the government hospitals in Telangana are suffering from grave neglect

"BRS has repeatedly warned the government about the poor conditions at RIMS, but no corrective action has been taken. There should be an urgent thorough check by experts to prevent further accidents," read the statement.
