Hyderabad, Aug. 7 -- Actor K Ram Charan Tej and former Andhra Pradesh cricket captain V Chamundeswaranath have failed to secure the immediate release of villa plots that were attached in the Emaar-APIIC money laundering case, with an appellate tribunal holding on Thursday, August 6, that their claim of being genuine purchasers must be examined by a special court.
