New Delhi, Aug. 30 -- A man hailing from Telangana was found to be safe following the deadly flash flood in Nepal, while 21 others from the state were still missing.

The state government on Sunday, August 30, received information that Alli Ilesh was among the survivors. His family has confirmed that he is in contact with them and that he is expected to reach Hyderabad later in the day, an official release said.

The state government on August 27 said it is making efforts to trace 22 people from the state whose whereabouts were not known.
