Hyderabad, Oct. 23 -- An 18-month-old girl died after allegedly falling into a bucket of water at her house in Quthbullapur on Thursday, October 22. She was found by her 10-year-old sister.

The siblings lived with their grandparents. Speaking to Siasat.com, Suraram Sub-Inspector Kishan said that the children's parents are labourers in Bihar and had left their children in the care of the mother's parents.

The grandparents had left for work on Thursday, leaving the children behind. The older sister took out a 20-litre water bucket to play with her sister and, while playing, left for the washroom.
