Hyderabad, Feb. 7 -- A fire broke out at the Telangana Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) in Hyderabad's Nampally on Saturday, February 7, causing thick smoke to rise from the premises and drawing a large crowd to the spot.

The fire was first reported at 10:20 am, and 6 fire tenders were rushed to the spot to control the blaze. No casualties have been reported from the accident; however, one person reportedly suffered minor injuries.

Visuals from the scene showed smoke engulfing parts of the building as officials and police personnel managed the situation.

Speaking to reporters, Central Zone Deputy Commissioner of Police K Shilpavalli said that the fire was first spotted by an office boy who tried to douse it with a fire extinguisher. H...
