Dubai airport capacity recovers to 84 pc of pre-Iran war levels
Hyderabad, Sept. 10 -- Dubai airport capacity has recovered to 84 per cent of pre-Iran war levels, while passenger traffic has reached 78 per cent, Dubai Airports CEO Paul Griffiths said on Thursday, September 10.
Griffiths said Dubai could handle 100 million passengers a year by the end of 2027. The number of cities with direct connections to Dubai is also expected to exceed 240 by the middle of 2027.
India, Saudi Arabia and the UK remain the leading source markets, with passenger demographics broadly unchanged from before the war.
