Bengaluru, May 23 -- BJP National President Nitin Nabin is arriving in Bengaluru for his first visit to Karnataka after assuming office, but the party leadership has decided to keep the programme deliberately low-key and simple.

The BJP high command has reportedly put the brakes on plans for a grand welcome, roadshows, and large-scale celebrations that party workers and leaders were initially preparing.

The decision comes at a time when rising fuel prices across the country have become a major public concern, with petrol and diesel prices witnessing another hike for the third consecutive day.
