India, Nov. 4 -- Western Coalfields Limited (WCL), a subsidiary of Coal India Limited, has achieved a significant national milestone by securing seven prestigious five-star mine rating awards from the Government of India. According to the company, this is the highest number of five-star awards received by any coal company in the country
