New Delhi, Sept. 10 -- A preparatory meeting, co-chaired by the Ministers of Housing and Urban Affairs and Jal Shakti, was held to discuss arrangements for Swachhata Hi Seva (SHS) 2025, scheduled from September 17th to October 2nd.

The campaign's theme is "Swachhotsav," aiming to promote clean and green festivities during the Indian festive season. Union Minister Manohar Lal stressed that cleanliness is a continuous commitment and a shared responsibility, encouraging citizens and urban local bodies to maintain cleanliness and initiate work on 100% of legacy dumpsites. He also advocated for the use of the Swachhata App for issue resolution.
